Workmanship coverage
Completed repairs may be covered by a workmanship warranty where applicable. Duration, scope, and exclusions are provided in writing with the estimate for that job. This page does not advertise a site-wide number of days or months.
What the estimate is for
Diagnosis produces findings. Required work is outlined from those findings and reviewed before additional work continues. A part, when one is required, is identified as part of that scope rather than assumed in advance.
Parts
Part requirements depend on the diagnosed appliance and are discussed with the repair scope. Lead times can depend on the exact model and current supply. Any warranty that attaches to a part follows the terms that apply to that part, which are explained with the estimate when they exist.
What coverage does not include
Where workmanship coverage applies, it does not extend to pre-existing conditions, misuse, unrelated faults, or issues that appear after further work by others. Manufacturer warranty on the appliance itself depends on the original purchase terms, not on this page.
Documentation
A record of the completed work and any applicable workmanship terms is provided with the job documents so there is a written reference after the visit.
