This policy describes how repair and reference content on this site is written. It is an editorial document, not a sales page.
What the content is for
Guides, appliance pages, error-code notes, and related articles are meant to help a homeowner name the appliance, understand a symptom in ordinary language, and decide when an on-site diagnosis is the next step. They are general information. They are not a substitute for findings from a visit.
Terminology
We use Thermador series and category names the way they appear in the kitchen (Freedom® refrigeration, Pro Grand® ranges, and similar) so a reader can match the page to the unit in the millwork. A series name identifies the product line. It does not name a failed part.
Models and error codes
Model families and error-code pages on this site are reference aids. A code or a model number is a signal to take to diagnosis. It is not a parts list and it is not a confirmed cause.
Diagnosis versus published information
A page can describe systems, installation context, and signs worth checking. Cause, repair scope, and required parts are established on site. We do not publish procedures for gas, live high voltage, refrigerant, or sealed systems.
Unsupported claims
Editorial copy should not invent manufacturer authorization, factory certification, OEM-only rules, guaranteed timing, ratings, or staff credentials that are not in the business record. If a claim cannot be supported, it is left out.
Updates and corrections
Pages show when they were last modified. Errors can be reported through the contact page. See the corrections policy for how those reports are handled. We do not describe a separate fact-check department.
Commercial disclosure
This site also offers repair visits. That commercial purpose is visible in navigation and booking forms. We do not publish paid third-party placements as editorial content.
