Overview
Built-in coffee is plumbing plus a brew group plus, on some machines, a milk system — all behind a furniture door. A weak shot, a leak into the cabinet, and a grind that will not start are different subsystems. Countertop espresso habits do not translate to how this chassis comes out of the wall.
Water supply, drain, and the cutout width constrain the visit. Home Connect® messages, where present, are clues. They are not a substitute for seeing the brew path.
Brew, water, grind
Flow, temperature, pressure, grind, and cleaning or descale cycles are checked against the complaint you actually have. A leak behind the panel is treated as a cabinet problem as well as a machine problem.
