Why Your Thermador Dishwasher Leaves Dishes Wet

Wet dishes after a finished program often come from rinse aid, loading, and opening the door early — not a named heater fault.

A finished program with wet dishes is often about drying method and how items were loaded. It is not, by itself, a broken drying heater.

Fill the rinse-aid dispenser and confirm the setting is not at minimum. Angle cups and plastic so they cannot hold water. Let the cycle complete. Plastics cool faster and will still show droplets when glass looks dry — that difference is material, not a diagnosis.

When the whole load stays wet

If every surface is wet after those steps, write down the program you used and any code. Do not open heater circuits. The dishwasher category explains the systems in that appliance; a visit is for findings if the result does not change.
